The project was to create a best practice, mobile first, modular website for Swisse UK utilising an existing Magento site infrastructure.
Reassurance and trust are key to improving conversion across the site but insight suggests using brand content to enhance the customer journey rather than hero it too heavily, it’s all about strategically driving conversion at weak spots in the user journey, the previous interation was brochure-led with poor conversion performace.
With a shift of emphasis to a more product-led user journey the new Swisse site experience easily allows customers to get to product pages faster with less clicks. An optimised single-minded user experience with more clarity in navigation and product catalog was designed for the majority of users mobile devices.
The new site was designed along with a comprehensive styleguide and inspectable Sketch files via Invision for a seamless hand off with the dev team.
I storyboarded and produced display banners and video ads for social along with a hype film for French sales teams cut by myself and production company El Carousel.
